Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Left, developed by Rafael Carrascal. By downloading, purchasing, or using Left, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service
Left helps you record and organize personal income, expenses, budgets, goals, lists, and recurring transactions. Left is not a bank, payment processor, accounting service, tax adviser, investment adviser, or financial adviser. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of all records and decisions.
Subscriptions and free trials
Left Premium is offered as auto-renewable monthly and yearly subscriptions. Current prices and billing periods are displayed by the App Store before purchase. A seven-day introductory trial may be offered only when Apple determines that your account is eligible.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or when an eligible trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Deleting Left does not cancel a subscription.
- Billing, refunds, trial eligibility, and renewals are administered by Apple under App Store rules.
Acceptable use
You may use Left for lawful personal purposes. You may not probe, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, or misuse the service, purchase system, AI service, security controls, or other users' information, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
AI and voice features
Left processes voice and AI entries on device first. If local processing is not confident, an online interpretation through Coreflow, Cloudflare, and OpenAI is used only after you grant permission. AI and speech results may be incomplete or incorrect. Review every transaction before relying on it. Do not submit secrets, payment-card numbers, banking credentials, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information through voice or AI input.
Your data and availability
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to process information to provide requested app features. Ordinary private records may be stored only on your device; lists you explicitly share use Apple iCloud and CloudKit. Keep independent records of information that is important to you. Features may change, and service interruptions can occur.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Left is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free financial results. Rafael Carrascal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Left. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination and changes
You may stop using Left at any time. We may limit access for abuse, security threats, or legal requirements. We may update these Terms; the effective date above identifies the current version.
